Port take-off

Was passing by this part of old Cork today -- I used to live near it a few decades ago -- so I stopped to take a look, a photo.
There's a strange mix of things going on around the old port: virtually abandoned storage buildings, ultra-mod office blocks, almost empty sky-high apartments, a row of pubs, and the old Port Authority headquarters also looking for a future.
Uncertain clouds all around.
