Large Skipper - wrong lens

I went out with the Fylde Naturalists today but took the wrong lens with me. They seem to concentrate on insects and flowers which is fair enough, I will take the macro lens with me next time. I managed to get some nice flower photos but as I hadn't photographed a skipper before, I chose it for today's blip. In any case, I like the the background and composition of this cropped version.

We visited Foulshaw Moss Nature Reserve in Cumbria. The reserve is famous for its ospreys. I saw the ospreys on their nest but they were way off, and in a photograph they look like two small dots on a tree. So instead of ospreys we have a butterfly.
