Let's get Physical.

We decide to go to Cowbridge this morning, as we haven't been for a while. As soon as we parked the car, the heavens opened. We sat in the car, waiting for the rain to stop, which it did, eventually. We had a browse around the shops, and then went into the Physic Garden. I am ashamed to say, I have never been before, but now that I have, I will definitely be going again. The garden contains an array of medicinal plants, used for healing, cooking, and dyeing fabrics, typical of physic gardens of that era, and provides a fascinating insight into the curative properties of plants. See my extra photos. We then walked back through the town, and had a coffee ,and sandwiches in Costa. It was a day with a difference.
