Double Dip

Today was the day.  Two very calm lovely swims.  And a nap in between.  And some apocalyptic rain. 

Also a team CORAL meeting over dinner where my decision is made; I won't swim, I'll be crew.  But that's for another day.  

Off to bed now for tomorrow is another double dip day, in Lough Hyne.
