Backblip: Rainbow

My girl's Mom's Cousin holds an annual party at his home in Omro, Wisconsin. Food, drink, a DJ and Karaoke are the things you can count on there. Oh yeah, and a good time. Always.

After last weekend's early morning diving schedule, we really wanted at least one day of the weekend to be low-key. This day was not to be that day, but we made a day trip up to the party (1.25 hour drive each way), rather than making a weekend with her parents in Neenah. It made for a fun time, with all day Sunday to ourselves. But that's for another blip!

Buddy came along to the party this year. He was well behaved, and the kids adored him. He seemed quite out of his depth, so after several hours of pacing around, being fed, and being patted by children, he was able to get into the air conditioned basement and catch a few winks.

I had a tough time picking this picture for the blip. In the end, I sell out by posting pictures of sleeping animals. Real challenge there, self. Way to push yourself.
