Wildlife

After the second, and most interesting day of the conference - my talk went well - I decided to go for a run to explore the big green area on the map which was not far from my hotel. Thickly wooded, it was hard to keep track of my direction so I really don't know where I went exactly, let alone how far. But I made a pilgrimage to Avus - a two lane highway which used to be a car racetrack - I saw wild boar for the first time in my life - a whole family - and left the woods way north of my hotel so had to get the U-bahn back - never come back from a run that way before! Unfortunately I was too late to have a meal. But it was fun!
