Sold It.....

This may come as a surprise but we are selling up and moving house, after 18 years here we have decided that due to BMJnr moving out this four bedroom house will be to big for us so we are buying a Bungalow not to far away. Maddi was a bit distraught at first but soon was OK when we told her that the bungalow had a swimming pool.

We have had it on the market for about six weeks but due to the Referendum we had no interested parties but as soon as it was over we had a line of folks who wanted to see it and two who were very interested and one young couple put an offer in and with a bit of haggling we came to a reasonable offer which we accepted, so we are moving.
