Bouncy Bouncy.....

Another WFH day today and managed to get much of my workload out the door.

Went out for a 10km run at lunchtime.

I'm planning my first ever half marathon in just over 4 weeks and haven't really been following any kind of plan.

Been looking at a few tonight so need to get my butt in gear and follow a logical plan.

Or I could just wing it!

MrsT and I went to kettle express class tonight but was replaced by body pump. We did this express class for 30 mins after a wee gym session and some weights.

On our return home I couldn't resist a shot of Ls trampoline.

She's back tomorrow from the caravan.
