Sail away

After my routine blood test at the doctors I walked down to the harbour. It was nt raining but low cloud covered the sun but it was fairly warm.
This man had just prepared his yacht to go out onto the water. It looked quite a struggle to get going as there was a strong breeze so getting the sail in the right direction seemed a challenge. After a few minutes he was on his way and I watched him whizz across the surface of the water. You must need to be strong to manoeuvre it well .
The tide was gong out and a few gulls were pecking about feeding on stranded food from the sea.
Been planning our trip to Kent in a few weeks, hoping it does nt get too hot for our visit , we're not used to it now.
