Summer Pudding

I made the pudding the other day but no one wanted it, so it stayed in the fridge. It didnt work out correctly my weight plate was too big and didn't fit inside to press the fruit into the bread.

So a small tasty disaster......but all fresh garden fruit woo hoo
Nex time I will use a saucer.... I've always wondered why you get saucers now I know
