The culprit

Most of our suburb had no water for most of yesterday and this seems to be the cause.

Hundreds of liters of fresh water poured down the street until the relevant people arrived to sort it out. At one point only 4x4's could get past the mountain of mud that covered the road.

I wonder how long it will take for them to fill the hole?
