irn bru & crisps

sunlight reached the metropolis; a period of hours where only the unceasing whisper of a northerly wind reminded us of our geography...in these hours the diet changes swiftly as the natives stumble into summer mode...cold fried potatoes take over from the hot/warm variety - in those places far enough removed from the local mickey d's - and surges occur decimating the stockpiles of irn bru..
according to the government this summer diet is ruinous to our health; the sensible fringe counter with, it rarely lasts long enough to have aught but a passing effect...

i do hope they were quick, summer has returned it seems in a cloak of threatening grey...
