Sausage making at Sunnyside
Back to Sunnyside farm again to butcher half a pig (our third time).
It's always a challenge to choose exactly what you'd like: lots of chops, bacon or? As always, we went for plenty of sausages: chorizo, fennel and lemon, and sage and onion.
