A magical place

What a great day we had visiting the Dow Gardens in Midland!  Al and I have never been before, and we were astounded by the size and variety of landscapes on the 110 acres.
It truly is a magical place, especially for children.   They are encouraged to take their shoes off and run on the grass, wade in the streams and play with the statues.   
Today, Dr. Seuss was everywhere in the form of statuary from his wonderful books.   In my extra I have a collage of some of the things we experienced.
This photo was taken at a quiet pond with a tiny waterfall, hidden away in the woods on a small hill.   Everywhere we looked we saw peace and beauty.  I love how close Brody and Belle are, and how much they enjoy being together.
