Walk, Cook, Eat

Nothing like it - great walk in the New Hall Valley with L and Nephew P who is both charming, engaging and thoughtful in conversation - a real joy to be with.  Then went shopping for some vittles to create a memorable meal for K on his last evening with us before returning to Grimsby.  Ended up with some lamb which I used for a base with a sauce that I have typically done with Osso Bucco and a lemon, garlic and parsley garnish, then deconstructed a mango cheesecake - very happy with the results so posted them as extras today.  Good time with K, conversing and sharing life's challenges.  Then sat down to watch About Time which K had not seen.  Good day
