Bean

Continuing the vegetable theme from yesterday this is the last broad bean so I thought it deserved a bit of artistic treatment.

Nothing left of the mange tout (I managed tout), or the rhubarb, which was compoted The cabbage and onion is now coleslaw.

Beetroot boiling (or roasting) tomorrow.
Had dinner with my lovely Claire tonight at Bistro Pierre.
