Abandoned City

This is Pyramiden, Russian territory in Svalbard where only 2 people live in during winters. There is no telecom network or wi-fi here. All you got is a piece of paper and an envelope hoping someone to take it and post it for you if combative north's weather lets you to. Coal working generator is the only way to produce electricity needed. The area is open for Polar Bear attacks all year along.
