Too cold for red tomatoes!

It's certainly cool today and our tomato crop seems sure to suffer from our poor summer.

Here they are - not a red tomato in sight!

As well as enjoying eating lots of them, Chris likes to use the glut of green tomatoes to make his famous green tomato chutney, which goes away for Christmas both to eat and to give as gifts.

Well they may be in short supply this year - we'll have to look for alternatives.
