Caught in the Act

Yesterday I forgot to check but the sun came out this morning and I caught this lily newly flowered.  Usually I miss it!

Note:  I haven't tampered with the colour or edited it at all, because up until the thumbnail and the post itself, it looked perfect; but now it's a bit 'off' ; not quite deep enough a red. Disappointing
