Solway

All week my guests have been keen to visit the coast, but today was the best day for the tides. Fortunately it worked well with the weather as well, with rain forecast for the Lakes and better weather at the coast.

I loved the way the water had flowed around this rock as the tide went out leaving it apparently sitting in this indentation.

The sky was pretty good too.
