50 Shades of Grey...

Still trying to decide on the colours for the kitchen cupboard doors and island.  The front runners at the moment are Strong White for the cupboard doors and Cornforth White for the island to give this kind of effect although I do like the darker grey shade for the island too.  Hmmmm......

Our friends Keith and Mhairi visited today.  We had lunch at the golf club while looking out at the heavy rain as D & K debated whether to play or not. In the end they decided to risk getting wet and headed off.  Mairi and I stayed in the cosy clubhouse chatting and watching Andy Murray in the men's final at Wimbledon.

At 4pm we headed back to mine for tea and scones and to finish watching the tennis.  

When D & K returned (having managed to play all 18 holes) they asked us if Murray had won.  Mhairi and I just looked at each other and burst out laughing as we had no idea.  We'd come in, made tea, filled a plate with goodies and retired to the living room and were so engrossed in our conversation we completely forgot about the tennis!   A quick google and we were delighted to see Andy had won.  Yay!  :-))

Heard THIS first thing this morning and I love it!  I am not a fan of Timberlake but that might be about to change.  Turn those speakers up to 11 and dance :-))
