Not a lot of spare time today as I watched Andy Murray win the Wimbledon finals.

At the same time I was playing nursemaid to Guy as he has a virus and has been swaying between being too hot or too cold and occasionally on the verge of passin out. It doesn't help that I can't get him to eat anything either and it's a hard job to get him to keep himself hydrated.
