Rowing with Ueli

Today Ueli was with our rowing club for three skiff training sessions. He is such a motivating person with lots of experience to pass. Well, no wonder as an Olympic silver medallist.
 
Luckily we were able to get into the first slot from 6-8 a.m. when the water was still calm and the temperatures not yet so hot. Part of the training was also to record some sequences with his iPad, which were individually commented when back in the boat house.
 
By the way: amazing what apps like Coach's Eye or Hudl allow to do. Review any sequence in different speeds forward and backwards, zooming in and out, etc.
