Between Trees and Water

We nestled into the warm and cozy suite above Chuckanut Manor where we enjoyed just under 24 hours of tranquility and peace. There, we conversed, and ate, and drank, and read, played card games, and enjoyed the serenity of being cradled between majestic trees and the wide blue water. This was a belated surprise birthday treat from Richard's sister and boy, she has outdone herself.
