Symmetry is overrated

Imagine if everything was symmetrical.
Ok don't. Is it overrated anyway? It probably isn't even considered in your day to day routine. Unless your a theoretical physicist. In which case you'd skip symmetry anyway and go straight on to super-symmetry.
