Garden fete

The home where pa-in-law lives held its garden fete today so we visited to support. There was a tom-bola (pick a raffle ticket ending in "0" or "5" and win a prize), won 4 prizes; guess the sweets in a jar (didn't win, not even near!); guess the cost of the shopping (Tesco's had purchased basic supplies in a bag and donated this as the prize - great idea, no where near so didn't win); a chocoholics stall; a plant stall; some ball games for children; cakes/drink for donation. It was quite well attended. Pa-in-law won some lemonade and juice - good job as he needed some :)

Good day catching up on domestic tasks as well as a bit of baking.
