Boro magnifique

An early morning start, no running on a Saturday for the first time in 9 months, and off into London and Boro market. What a great place with a lovely atmosphere at 09.00. A quick look around, cup of coffee, then upstairs to the restaurant 'Roast', which looks out over the hustle & bustle downstairs, for a huge breakfast to celebrate a birthday and upcoming anniversary. The pitches in the market offer all kinds of cuisine, cheeses, spices and speciality ingredients - if only I knew how to use them

To walk off all the food it was down the southbank all before Big Ben stuck 11.00.
