Solid Air

Up early because we had a yoga class at 8, in the open air just across the road. We both really enjoyed it, super teacher and wonderful to be out in the open air, listening to the birds and the stream running along side and looking up at the blue sky

Totally energised us for the day, got lots done, and even fitted in a run and a swim in the lake at the end of the afternoon.

Saw a Pine Marten this morning too. No camera though.
