My little yellow car

Well rested after yesterday we had our first day of exploring to do.

I had arranged to get one of these little Gocar tours. GPS navigated story telling car that you drive around town yourself. I was a bit apprehensive on driving it initially as never driven in the USA. A few blocks later it was great and there was no stopping me. Kara didn't fancy driving it so she missed out on the fun of that.

The tour took us all round downtown San Francisco and the out down the coast road. Great seeing the sights of the Ferry Terminal, Bay Bridge, Fishermans Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge and Lombard Street (crooked street). Loads more to see on our 4 hour tour too.

Returned back to the Fishermans Wharf area in the evening and had a trip on both the vintage trams and the cable cars. Wow there are some steep hills the cable cars go up and down.
