Father's birthday today. At least I saw pixels representing him; the modern world is good for something.

Rest of the day was the inevitable karate training, followed by cleaning of gum-nut-infested gutters, and rotating compost through our three bins - and adding a bunch of (cooled) ash from the fire while I was at it.
