You think "what advice should I give" but advice is just the benefit of experience and hindsight passed on so I left it to;

"Be courteous and polite but not acquiescent, remember you not only represent yourself but your family and country. Be confident of yourself and your abilities, people judge each other by looks, remember that when you pick your outfit in the morning. But above all have fun, laugh and enjoy the experience, seeing the world and meeting people in their own cultures is how we understand the world and its people's, not through a TV screen.

Clare arrived back absolutely shattered and with more night shifts looming needs to get some rest.
