Date time

I'm lucky enough to have 6 big date palms in my garden and it looks like i've got a bumper crop of dates this year. Looking forward to harvest time and many nights of sticky date pudding for dessert. I must look up more date recipes for my repertoire. Any suggestions gladly welcomed!
