Tide's out

Spent a few hours at the hospital in Carlisle today having my wrist looked at.  It appears the bone is chipped but only small.  They put a splint on it and somebody will phone tomorrow and let me know if it needs to be plastered, which is looking likely.  Its still sore but not as bad as last night and the splint is helping.

Walked Misty on the marsh tonight and was pleased that I can hold the camera ok, phew!
