Flower Friday

Another gorgeous summers day. I spent some of the morning cleaning the patio with a pressure washer borrowed from a friend. With the sunshine and warm temperatures it soon dried - and looks so much better. This afternoon I was over at Muriel's, enjoying tea and cake with several other ladies from the church in their lovely garden. It did unfortunately mean I missed most of Wimbledon - I caught the end of Murray's match- but then I've been watching too much TV lately, between the football and Wimbledon! So sorry to see Federer out of it, but at least it makes it easy to know who to cheer for on Sunday!
The flower wasn't actually taken in Muriel's garden, but when I was out for a walk earlier.
