Castles Made of Sand

Evening all,

Had a lovely evening tonight.

We were able to combine a home visit that i had to do in Grimsby with a quick trip to the Cleethorpes seaside.

Did all the things that you need to do to make a trip to the seaside quintessentially an English experience.....

we had fish,chips and peas in a cafe with views of the beach, a quick round of crazy golf, ( i asked for a refund because there was clearly something wrong with my ball, it wouldn't go in the holes!)

Then rounded it off with a walk along the prom,prom,prom and then won an obscene amount of money on the 2p pusher machines....so much money i blush to think of it...

8 pence, 8 whole pence! Sadly that and some more money was required to round off the experience with a bag of candy floss and flying saucers.

right off to clean the sand out of my toes.
