The 4 of us

A great day, we spent all day, and all our energy, cleaning out the millstream and blethering. And it worked- the water level rose right up, the wheel turned faster. We heaped loads of mud and weeds out. We ached at the end of the day, it was good.

Mattie was unwell, so in his pyjamas all day, but he was up for trying out sailing his boat, once we convinced him it wouldn't zoom down the waterfall. Nell's just up from a nap. But Morven took a photo that had all 4 of us in it. Not sure how many pictures like this exist, can count them on one hand for sure.
