Three Photographers

At 8 a.m. I went down to the lake to capture the sunrise.  There were up to 15 photographers there, mainly taking photos of The Wanaka Willow.  I chatted to a guy who came from Georgia US.  He is on holiday here in NZ.  He and his mates are disappointed that there is not much snow on the ski fields, apart from the man made snow.  The mountains are looking pretty bare at the moment.

I went to U3A this morning, we had a lady speak to us from Radio.  She was telling us how radio is so helpful, especially at the time of disasters, when there is no power available.  Most people at the time of the Christchurch earthquake listened to the radio in their cars to find out the latest news.

Another lovely sunny day +7C after a frost of -3C.  Enjoy your weekend.
