The Lyceum

The Lyceum has been empty for a while. I think that one of its last uses was as a Post Office. It seems a little ironic that a commemoration of the battle of the Somme is the theme for an artwork to improve its look. I'm not sure if this is a part of the forthcoming Liverpool Biennial, or just a stand alone art installation.
