Early morning on the beach ......

...... with only a dog for company.  
There were some eider ducks and oyster catchers at the rocky end of the beach but they were keeping themselves to themselves.

A much better day today ...... 19C and a fair amount of sunshine.  It was good to sit outside and read my book while L painted the summerhouse. I don't do painting ..... I pull out weeds and dig out old shrubs ... I reckon that's a fair division of labour!
