Standing up for Education

Today I stumbled upon striking teachers - all very good natured in the sunshine. I felt quite nostalgic. Some things just don't change - they were complaining about class sizes, too much paperwork, loss of teaching assistants, SATs and general lack of funding.
Later we had a mooch around Clifton where men were dangling off the suspension bridge cleaning it and even later, it was warm enough to eat pizzas and watch the world go by outside.
