Latte and a chat:)

A chat over a coffee this morning with one of the Saltaire Festival organisers in the Saltaire Canteen, the pay as you feel cafe.  Never been in before and the coffee was mighty fine and frothily pretty - as was the company :) 

We're very excited to be involved in the festival in a small way, I hope it all goes to plan:)

She is also arranging a photographic exhibition to be shown on the top floor of Salts Mill.  The theme is The Power of Water... and particularly the flooding in Saltaire and the immediate area.  The photographs should tell the effect to the environment and the community.  It's also celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Leeds Liverpool canal.  

So local blippers, if you have any photos of the floods, you can submit up to 3 photos to be exhibited - here - that would be so cool!! :))
