Evening

This evening we went down to the lake for dinner at the Albergo Plinio. By chance we met friends from England who happen to be staying in Lenno also this week. They were under the impression we had already left, so meeting was purely by chance.

They would have stayed at the Plinio for dinner but unsurprisingly it was fully booked. They were not surprised to see us as they had happened to notice my name on one of the tables when they had attempted to book themselves.

During dinner we got chatting to a couple from Birmingham. They are staying at the hotel, and told us they will be back again later in the year. So the chances are we will see them again.
