Stowe Gardens

I met Mrs C and Mr C at Stowe this morning. We had a lovely walk as ever!
More crazy June weather - one minute it was sunny, then cloudy, then windy, then raining, then sunny again.
I went to Fat Club in Bicester tonight. It's the first time in a few weeks and the first time in months that I've stayed. My dad was back for the first time in ages too so we're all back on track!
I lost half a pound which I was quite pleased with after a ridiculously gluttonous weekend!
I've downloaded MyFitnessPal so I'm can log calories and exercise too. I want to lose 10lbs and stop feeling fat and aching and bluuuuuugghhhhhhh.
I did it before I can do it again!!!
