Week 2 day 1

Last week I started the C25K (well, the 10k version as it was the same price!) and today I started week 2. Went with my little sis today and totally won lol - nothing like a bit of healthy competition eh! Had a good day at work too, had a discussion about the commercial progression which was nice to hear! Anyway, a busy week ahead with lots of driving so I best go do my oil! Night!!
