Winter hydrangea???

For some reason this hydrangea had another flower head. It looks scruffy next to the old heads....something tells me it is time to do some pruning.
I have spring flowers and summer flowers But it's mid winter.

Had dinner with family this evening as Maddy turned 7. She looked very grown up.
