Off to Finland!

After a couple of days at home I re-packed and set off to Finland for an international Scout and Guide camp called Roverway. We left home at 4am and arrived at the airport for 5am. I met up with the people in my patrol and we made our way through the airport and onto the plane. The journey was about 2 and 1/2 hours during which I tried to sleep and played cards with Daisy and Zoe.

When we got to Helsinki we had to wait for a number of hours to catch a second flight up to Rovaniemi. We had a look around the airport and sat on the floor playing cards and the game where you have to guess what character you have written on your head. Once we arrived in Rovaniemi we went for food in the most northern McDonalds and then slept in a school for the night.
