I didn't make it!

I've over indulged a little this weekend whilst we've been away to the beautiful Shetland Isle.

So back on track is required quickly.

I found this recipe in the gel packet and thought it sounded lovely. I have all the ingredients so thought I'd like to make it. Before i did I checked out the points value!!

The whole cake came round about 129 points divided by 8 as they suggest is about 16 points each, 1/2 a days points for an 8th of a cake!
