While gardening this morning I noticed these clouds which are parallel but appear to be radiating from a central area and so think they are called altocumulus radiatus. Within half an hour the sky was covered by cloud and the rain started at lunch time.   I was disappointed in my photo taken in panorama mode and perhaps the lines were due to moving the camera too quickly or not smoothly.  Maybe someone can advise me.  The extra shows the clouds above about 10 minutes earlier.
