My Dad and Martha

A photo of my Dad and his wife, Martha.  They were heading out to dinner while the rest of us went kayaking in the marsh.

Kayaking was quite challenging as the wind picked up and there were actual waves in the channel - but it was a lot of fun.  Everyone was able to paddle the whole way - we got glowsticks after dark and the big kids raced to the end.  

The conditions convinced me to leave my camera in the car - and this time it was the right choice.
