Not Really Swimming

Thunder and rain showers came and went all morning. Mum had promised me that we would go to the tiny camping restaurant for lunch, but we have to sit outdoors so the chances for that happening looked very small indeed. But mum said Let's go check if they have that canopy they had last year. If it is empty, we could sit there.

And guess what? That is what happened! We sat under the canopy, rain and thunder outside, enjoying schnitzel and fries. Perfect! The sun came out and we could go check out the beach and also the maypole still standing from Midsummer. A rainy day with a silver lining!
